Lack of money drives creative solutions


When brainstorming for solutions (regardless of the topic), ask ‘What can we do if there is no money?’ This forces participants to be creative in their thought process in lieu of just throwing money at the problem.

Start-up companies are forced to take this approach because they don’t have the money. This is why bootstrapping organizations tend to produce more creative solutions.
