One of my contemporaries states 'Millennials just can't make decisions'.
I disagree. Completely.
After working with Millennials every business day I find they make decisions - just with a different approach than Baby Boomers. Baby Boomers tend to fly solo and believe they personally need to make decisions.
I find the younger generation (under 35) tend to make collaborative, researched decisions. They seek out resources (people or internet) to get input, information and suggestions.
This process does take more time and in most situations yields a better decision. And here is an important part - because more people are involved, more people are supportive of that decision.
